About Us:
The AAWNC was founded in early 1980 by a group of apartment managers and management firms to provide the apartment industry with an association that could unite them under one name, offer continuing education for their personnel, and providing related service groups the opportunity to become involved.
Our Mission
The three primary objectives of the AAWNC are:
1) To promote goodwill and professionalism within the industry and community
2) To provide ongoing education opportunities for all members
3) To promote the continuing growth of our industry through legislative guidance and support!
