As a Member of AAWNC you will receive the following benefits:

NAA & AANC:

The AAWNC is federated with the National Apartment Association (NAA) and the Apartment Association of North Carolina (AANC). The NAA represents your political interest on the national level, while providing a multitude of educational and support services. The AANC is the State representative for multifamily interests in the legislative arena. Our lobbyist monitors, supports and initiates legislation on behalf of your interests.

NAA Click & Lease:

The National Apartment Association (NAA) and the Apartment Association of North Carolina (AANC) have an integrated Lease form product called the NAA’s Click & Lease program.

Membership Meetings:

Provides the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with other professionals in the industry. During membership meetings, we discuss current trends in the industry, new ideas for future meetings, seminars, workshops, and continuing education. This is a forum that allows your voice to be heard.

Seminars and Workshops:

Members of the AAWNC learn while having fun. Whether it is a marketing seminar or golf outing, meetings are scheduled throughout the year to provide information on subjects ranging from management techniques to maintenance.

Membership Directory:

Our website provides valuable information including a complete listing of property and vendor members that encourages networking and exchange of information. In addition, the website provides a “Vendor Spotlight” section that each month with showcase a vendor member of the Association, in which that vendor can describe the benefits of their business and will allow them to connect on a more personalized level with other members and promote their business.

Careers:

Our website houses a job center that encourages members to post current job openings that are available within their company to attract qualified candidates. This also allows job seekers who are looking for a career in the apartment industry to connect with members of the Association.
