Apartmentalize: NEW DATES. NEW LOCATION.
New Dates. New Location.
We hope this email finds you safe and well. We wanted to inform you of a recent decision concerning the National Apartment Association’s (NAA) Apartmentalize, previously scheduled to be held in Boston, June 17-19, 2020. We have worked closely with the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (MCCA) to monitor the situation in the hope we would still be able to safely convene the conference. The safety and well-being of our attendees and exhibitors are of utmost importance to us, and in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made a difficult decision to cancel 2020 Apartmentalize in June in Boston.
As the saying goes, the show must go on, and we are elated that we are able to relocate this year’s conference to a new city with new dates. NAA is happy to announce that Apartmentalize will now take place in Dallas, November 4-6, 2020 in conjunction with the Assembly of Delegates meeting. Event details will follow in the coming weeks, but rest assured we will continue to offer top-notch educational sessions, exciting keynote speakers and robust opportunities to network.
We are also excited to announce that Apartmentalize is also adding a virtual component! This new option will allow you to have access to education sessions, networking opportunities and other cutting-edge content. If you can’t join us in Dallas, we hope that you’ll be able to join from wherever you are. Information about the virtual option, including pricing, will be announced in the coming weeks.
Stay tuned! With this announcement, we are offering the following options regarding your conference registration:
- Transfer all registration fees paid for 2020 Apartmentalize in Boston to our new 2020 Apartmentalize in Dallas, November 4-6.
- Transfer all registration fees paid for 2020 Apartmentalize in Boston to 2021 Apartmentalize in Chicago, to be held June 16-18. We will lock in your 2020 registration rate for 2021 and no rate increases will be applied.
- Transfer registration fees to a virtual Apartmentalize experience in conjunction with the Dallas event, November 4-6, 2020.
- Cancel your 2020 Apartmentalize registration and receive a full refund on all registration fees paid.
Details on how to select your option will be sent to you via email in the near future, but we wanted to make you aware of our updated plans as soon as we were able. We appreciate your patience as we finalize our new plans and logistics over the next few weeks. Thank you for your support of Apartmentalize and we hope to see you in November.
